Refund policy
At Livoro, each piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to bring comfort, beauty, and sophistication into your home. Because our furniture is often made to order and imported from leading European manufacturers, our policies are designed to ensure both transparency and fairness.
1. Returns on Standard (Non-Custom) Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Standard, non-custom furniture and décor items may be eligible for return within seven (7) days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be pre-approved by Livoro Customer Care.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
- All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, in addition to any delivery or pick-up costs.
- Delivery, installation, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10–15 business days of our receipt and inspection of the item.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for items that show visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.
2. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Final-Sale Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces crafted specifically to your selections (such as finish, fabric, or size).
- “As-Is” or showroom floor models, which are sold in their existing condition.
- Production for custom pieces begins shortly after order confirmation; as a result, these orders cannot be canceled or modified once in production.
- All custom and final-sale pieces are sold as final sale.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production or shipment has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted.
If an exceptional cancellation is approved, a 10% administrative fee may apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Each Livoro piece undergoes thorough inspection before shipping.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Notify Livoro team at the time of delivery.
- Concealed damage (not visible at delivery) must be reported within five 24 hours.
If confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Livoro will, at its discretion, arrange repair, replacement, or partial reimbursement.
Minor variations in tone, texture, grain, or finish are considered natural characteristics and are not defects.
5. Delivery & Installation
All delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once scheduled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairways prior to delivery.
Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed as scheduled.
6. Payments & Chargebacks
Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise arranged.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Livoro will provide documentation of fulfillment along with purchase contract and reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance through appropriate means.
7. Warranty
All Livoro furniture is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty covering structural integrity and fabric defects under normal residential use. • This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
