Shipping policy
At Livoro, we take pride in offering a seamless and premium delivery experience that reflects the quality of our furniture. Every piece is handled with care—from our showroom to your home—by professional delivery teams trained to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Area
Livoro currently offers White-Glove Delivery within the Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland (DMV) area.
This service includes full delivery to your room of choice, assembly, placement, and removal of all packaging materials.
For deliveries outside the DMV region, availability is determined based on order size and destination.
If you are located outside our primary delivery area, please contact us at info@livoro.com for a custom delivery quote prior to purchase.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready for delivery, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window.
Deliveries are typically available Monday through Saturday, depending on route scheduling and your location.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a re-delivery fee.
3. Delivery Service Details
Livoro offers White-Glove Delivery exclusively, which includes:
- Delivery to your preferred room within your home.
- Full assembly and setup of your furniture.
- Removal of all packaging materials.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all entryways, hallways, elevators, and doorways can accommodate the furniture ordered.
If an item does not fit during delivery, re-delivery or restocking fees may apply.
4. Delivery Inspection
We kindly ask that you inspect all items at the time of delivery:
- Note any visible damage or irregularities on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Report any issues to Livoro within 48 hours of delivery, including photos.
- Concealed damage (not visible upon delivery) must be reported within five (5) business days.
If a product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Livoro will, at its discretion, arrange for repair, replacement, or partial reimbursement.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on distance, order size, and access conditions.
All delivery charges will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery appointment has been confirmed or completed.
6. Missed Deliveries
If no one is present during a confirmed delivery window, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Orders refused at delivery for reasons other than verified damage will be treated as a return and subject to Livoro’s 30% restocking fee (see Return Policy).
7. Delays
Livoro provides delivery estimates in good faith; however, lead times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including production schedules, customs clearance, and logistical conditions.
We will notify you promptly of any unexpected delays and work to reschedule as soon as possible.
